SmashLAB is Wollongong’s first and NSW only smash room experience.

Just what is a smash room? SmashLAB is a fun and safe environment to blow off some steam and release some stress.

What's on offer:

  • You’ll enter a room wearing safety gear and unleash. With baseball bat in hand, you’re given the very rare opportunity to smash, break and destroy anything you see! Think of it as a cross between a therapy session and a workout.
  • Once you’re all smashed out, chill out with a cold beverage from the fully licensed bar.
  • SmashLAB is available for private or group bookings for corporate events, birthday parties, hen’s parties, bucks parties and Christmas parties.

Age limits: Smashers must be over the age of 10. Under 18s require parent or guardian supervision.
