City of Wollongong Giving Tree

Give joy this Christmas with a donation to The City of Wollongong Giving Tree. Each year, the Wollongong community contribute thousands of individual gifts and donations, bringing a smile to the faces of those in need.

Anglicare and Saint Vincent de Paul, the motorcycle clubs of the Illawarra and Wollongong City Council come together to collect and distribute gifts in the lead up to Christmas.

When: Donations are accepted between 9 November – 4 December.

Physical gift donations: Within the CBD, you can donate a physical gift at the customer service desk inside Wollongong Central shopping centre. Gifts should be unwrapped, and suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.

Online donations: Donations are also accepted online via Vinnies and Anglicare.

The event will culminate in the spectacular Biker’s Toy Run on Saturday 3 December through Crown Street Mall.
