In a win for Wollongong football fans, the Wellington Phoenix (or should that be Wollington Phoenix?) will play all of their home matches at WIN Stadium, Wollongong for the 2020/21 A-League season.
The club have set up camp in Wollongong, and are training at the University of Wollongong. The team have made big personal sacrifices in moving across the ocean, knowing that returning home to friends and family is not possible.
Let’s show the team some love, join them for a home game and prove that Wollongong is ready to host an A-League team!
