Father’s Day @ Santino

Celebrate Festa del Papà at Santino! This Father’s Day Santino is serving a whole roast lamb rack, pink and perfect, crusted in pistachio and sage, finished with a rich lamb jus. Accompanied with a couple of sides like roasted Jerusalem artichokes with salsa and charred fioretto with peperonata.
