Celebrate NAIDOC Week with Echoes of Deadly Harmony: 50 Years of Song, a First Nations–led event curated by Warrimay artist Nicole Smede and featuring the Mudjingaal Yangamba. Centring Aboriginal language, song and ceremony, the program honours 50 years of cultural strength, creativity and resilience. Highlights include a Welcome to Country, didgeridoo performance, songs in language with English translations, and original works by Nicole Smede. Presented on Wadi Wadi Dharawal Country, this special event invites Indigenous and non-Indigenous audiences to come together in a spirit of learning, respect, celebration and shared cultural understanding.
