We're currently seeking expressions of interest to curate and deliver our Live@Lunch program for 2024-25. The individual or organisation we're searching for will organise all aspects of these performances including curation, production and program supervision.

Wollongong is a creative, vibrant city, and we want to showcase that. Through the Live@Lunch program, we aim to support local live music, showcase our high-quality local talent, and welcome new audiences to the CBD.
The Live@Lunch performances take place in Crown Street Mall each Wednesday and Thursday from 12-2pm and provide professional performance opportunities for local musicians as well as contribute to a welcoming visitor experience.

Council is seeking to engage a contractor to deliver the Live@Lunch live music performance series, as part of Council’s CBD Sounds program. The Live@Lunch performances will take place in Wollongong’s Crown Street Mall each Wednesday and Thursday from 12-2pm. The contractor will deliver all aspects of the performances including curation, production, and program supervision.
Deliver the Live@Lunch live music performance series, on Wednesdays and Thursdays (12-2pm), from July 2024-June 2025 on Wollongong’s Crown Street Mall stage, including but not limited to:

Commencement Date for the Works: 3rd June 2024 (including planning)
Completion Date for the Works: 30 June 2025
A Service Agreement Contract to the value $60,000 ex GST is available to the successful supplier.
This contract factors in artist fees for up to 92 x solo music artists (across the 92 performance dates) based on the fee recommendations outlined in musiciansaustralia.org.
The remaining fee is to be utilised for curation, event delivery and management fees, event staff fees, production costs and reporting.
The assessment and evaluation of EOIs will be based upon the following criteria and corresponding weightings.
Mandatory Criteria (Criteria that must be satisfied for an EOI to be assessed)
Provision of satisfactory references from referees for previous projects of similar size and scope.
