Is learning how to cook on your 2024 goals list? Then this course is for you!
Based on the Mediterranean diet and covering a range of basic kitchen skills, this course is perfect for beginners to develop a simple repertoire of recipes that can be modified for a range of meals.
Come along to Hideaway Lane 1 night per week for 6 weeks, and take Cooking 101, where you will extend your cooking skill base each week. Starting with simple knife skills, like how to chop an onion efficiently, you will learn to cook 2-3 dishes each week. The course culminates in a delicious 3 course meal in week 6 to show off your newfound skills and confidence!
