Women Illawarra and Conscious Dance for Women present Decide to Dance – an opportunity for all women to move for the pure joy of it, in whatever way the body allows. Make the choice to experience playfulness again, and the freedom to explore how you love to move. By providing the reviving blend of multicultural tunes and guided inspiration, you simply decide to dance FOR YOU. Decide to Dance is a precious chance to embrace connection across generations.

Please dress in layers of comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
