Gill will curate a special 6-course menu available for two nights only (1st and 8th August). Each dish reflects her MasterChef journey and time at K.Malu, blending innovative techniques with cherished memories. The menu combines her Vietnamese and Italian heritage with K.Malu’s contemporary European flair.
