Live@Lunch with The Other Noonans

The Other Noonans are a married duo with a twisted sense of humour and a love for music and story. They blend genres such as traditional folk, singer song writer, acoustic reinterpretations and protest songs with humour and harmony. They also happen to be blind so don’t expect flashy choreography, but you can expect a wide range of music and a good time.

Although fairly new on the folk scene, The Other Noonans have been making a name for themselves in the Illawarra playing at the Illawarra Folk Festival, Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival and performing on ABC Illawarra radio with their video racking up over 39000 views in a matter of weeks. They were also invited on stage with Katie Noonan to play with the music icon in front of a sell-out Wollongong crowd.

Sam’s pure vocals blend with Danny’s rich instrumentation and voice to create a great sound. They combine separate lifetimes of Sam’s classical singing and Danny’s gigging and session work.
