Local Artist Mollie Tranter starts her workshop with breathing exercises for a way to ground you, then teaches various techniques using charcoal before encouraging you to draw out all your emotions with your own creative expression.
Finish your workshop with more breathing exercises and reflect on how you were feeling at the beginning of the class compared to how you are feeling at the end.
