• Braised plant-based lamb in gravy and mash
• Ginger, sweet potato and spiced chickpea soup with coconut cream
• Freshly baked focaccia with whipped rosemary butter, hummus and tzatziki
• Bowl of seasonal greens with lemon, herbs and hemp seeds
• Polenta bites with tomato relish
• Dessert platter with seasonal fruit, fresh muffins and cookies
