Fafangu: To Awaken is a new body of work by queer Tongan-Australian artist Adriana Māhanga Lear.
Using photography, video, sculpture, installation, sound and music, Lear interrogates the colonial archive to examine the legacies of Eurocentrism and heteropatriarchy on Tongan art forms.
