Take Me Back To Rome Dinner

In the months ahead K.Ma-Lu’s wonderful chef Ilaria Ciani will be heading back to her hometown in Rome. To commemorate her at the restaurant, she’ll be putting on a special Roman-style feast with traditional dishes. For those who’ve had the pleasure of visiting Italy recently, this set menu is sure to transport you back there in spirit, celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine.

Think Fried Zucchini Flowers stuffed with fior di latte mozzarella, Roman Focaccia with fresh stracciatella cheese and anchovies, a traditional Cannelloni with spinach and ricotta filling and creamy bechamel, Saltimbocca alla Romana featuring veal cutlets wrapped in prosciutto and sage leafs, and so much more.
