The Prince is serving up an exciting Bottomless Brunch experience, now available on both Friday and Saturday nights. As one of Wollongong’s only Saturday night destinations for Bottomless, it’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend or keep the celebrations rolling.
For just $65 per person, feast on flavour-packed dishes while sipping your way through unlimited vodka mixers, beer, wine, and seltzers. Feeling fancy? Upgrade to the premium cocktail package for just $15 more and stir up some serious fun with expertly crafted cocktails.
ilu ilu
Every Saturday from 2 - 4pm, ilu ilu brings the good vibes with two hours of bottomless drinks, featuring two fresh cocktails and sangria that change monthly. It’s a new flavour adventure every time, so no two brunches are ever the same.
Alongside the drinks, there’s the Dish of the Month - a chef’s special that’s bold, exciting, and made to impress. One sitting only, so there’s no rush, just great food, flowing drinks, and plenty of time to chill.

Bar Cabrón
Bar Cabrón is bringing the fiesta every Saturday with a bottomless experience that’s bold, flavour-packed, and unapologetically fun. Think endless margaritas, prosecco, and cerveza paired with a vibrant menu of Mexican-inspired eats - all for $99 per person.
Bookings run for 1 hour and 45 minutes, with two sittings at 12pm and 2pm. It’s the perfect excuse to round up your crew and dive into dishes like guacamole with salsa macha and wood-fired chicken with chilli lime butter.
Lux Bistro Bar
Every Saturday and Sunday from 2 - 4pm, Lux Bistro Bar turns up the flavour with their Bottomless Brunch sessions. For just $65 per person, it’s two hours of pure indulgence, including southern fried chicken bao buns, duck spring rolls, crispy chips with parmesan magic, and more.
To wash it all down? Choose from Passionfruit Martini or Watermelon Kiss jugs, or a cold beer (Great Northern, Carlton Dry, or Asahi... take your pick!)
Dagwood
Every weekend, Dagwood dishes up two hours of rotating eats and drinks from just $65 per person. With three sittings to choose from - Saturday at 2pm, or Sunday at 12:45pm and 3pm - there’s plenty of chances to get in on the fun.
